Talented chef patron Fernando Stovell owns the award winning Stovell’s in Chobham
Fernando came to the UK from Mexico and studied catering at Westminster College. He went on to work in acclaimed kitchens from the two Michelin Star The Capital to the private members Cuckoo and Wellington Clubs.
At Stovell’s, his 16th Century Tudor farmhouse in Chobham, diners enjoy contemporary European cuisine with Mexican accents, using sustainably sourced, local produce.
Since opening, the restaurant has been honoured with awards including the Waitrose Good Food Restaurant of the Year for the South East, and four AA rosettes. Fernando has also appeared as a guest chef on the BBC Saturday Kitchen.
The menu will be based on Fernando’s popular Taste Of Mexico which brings you flavours both unique and divine at £50.00
There will also be an optional wine pairing at £30.00
